West Ham manager Nuno Espírito Santo has hailed Fulham midfielder Alex Iwobi as both sides prepare for their Premier League London derby clash.
Espírito Santo highlighted Iwobi’s recent form—especially his impressive goal against Tottenham Hotspur, which marked the Nigerian’s second consecutive Premier League goal of the season. That strike helped Fulham secure all three points, after he doubled their lead with a calm, curling finish from outside the box.
Speaking on Fulham’s overall strength, the West Ham boss noted: 
“It’s part of our job to see all the games and I thought Fulham were very good.
They are a very good team… Marco Silva is doing an amazing job.”
He added that Iwobi’s quality is clear:
“Alex Iwobi, the goal that he scored [against Tottenham]… they have so many talented players.”
