
Victor Osimhen reached another major milestone on Sunday as he climbed into Galatasaray’s history books, becoming the club’s fourth-highest scoring foreign player of all time.
The Nigerian forward scored in Galatasaray’s 3–0 victory over Rizespor in the Turkish Super Lig, adding to earlier goals from Barış Alper Yılmaz and Yunus Akgün. His strike in the 73rd minute sealed all three points for the visitors.
Osimhen’s goal took his tally to 52 for Galatasaray, pushing him past Bafétimbi Gomis, who previously held the fourth spot with 51 goals. He now trails only Mauro Icardi (73), Gheorghe Hagi (72), and Milan Baros (61) on the club’s all-time foreign scorers list.
