Nottingham Forest have confirmed the signing of Super Falcons forward Joy Omewa.
Omewa joins the club from Danish side Fortuna Hjørring on a deal running until the end of the 2025/26 season.
The 23‑year‑old spent three years with Fortuna Hjørring, where she scored 52 goals in 85 league matches. During her time there, she won the Danish Women’s Cup twice and lifted the Kvindeligaen title in the 2024/25 campaign.
Omewa has represented Nigeria at the U-17 and U-20 levels and has made two senior appearances for the Super Falcons.
