
According to David Ornstein, Semenyo has a £65m release clause in his contract that activates in the coming winter transfer window but it must be triggered by a set date.
David Ornstein also went on to state that the release clause would apply again in the summer at a lower price. This puts Bournemouth in a tricky situation.
See Semenyo is one of their best players this season, with 6 goals and 3 assists in the premier league so far. This isn’t a player they would want to lose for cheap so letting him go for the the £65m could be in their best interest but it could affect their season footballing wise.
Obviously the suitors are flocking for his signature, with clubs like City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham, United and Arsenal all interested in securing the Ghanaian’s services.
