Barau FC technical adviser, Ladan Bosso, has hailed the club’s supporters for their role in last weekend’s hard-fought victory over Kwara United at the Sani Abacha Stadium.
The Maliya Boys edged the visitors 3-2, with goals from Usman Maidubji, Muhammed Umar, and Stanley Oganbor. Kwara United replied through Johnmark Aule and Chibuzor Ogbodo.
Bosso acknowledged the fans’ impact and promised to fix the lapses before their next clash against El-Kanemi Warriors in Maiduguri.
“From the start of the game my boys were hungry to get the win. You could see the importance of the fans—they kept supporting and pointing out issues, which we adhered to. Mistakes are inevitable, but we’ll address them before the next game,” Bosso told the club’s media.
