
Great news for Nigerian football fans: 28-year-old forward Stephen Odey has completed a move to Hungarian side Debreceni VSC on a free transfer.
Odey joins the club after his contract with Danish Superliga team Randers expired last December. During his four-and-a-half years at Randers, he made 129 appearances and scored 28 goals.
The experienced striker has previously played in several European leagues, including FC Zurich (Switzerland), KRC Genk (Belgium), and Amiens SC (France Ligue 2). He won the Swiss Cup with Zurich and the Belgian Super Cup with Genk.
Throughout his career, Odey has netted 83 goals across various competitions.
