Atalanta manager Raffaelle Palladino has commended Nigerian winger Ademola Lookman, calling him a vital part of the Serie A side.
Lookman has been in excellent form recently, scoring in back-to-back matches as Atalanta pushes for a strong season finish. Palladino highlighted the forward’s intelligence, attitude, and shared ambition for the club’s success.
“I spoke with him individually, and a few words were enough—he understands immediately,” Palladino said, noting that both aim to take Atalanta as high as possible. 
The coach also praised Lookman’s defensive discipline alongside his attacking contributions: “He’s fully committed, both offensively and defensively. I’m happy for his goals; he’s an essential asset.”
Lookman will look to maintain his impressive run as Atalanta competes for league and European success.
