Birmingham City has officially confirmed the signing of Super Eagles defender Bright Osayi-Samuel on a free transfer. The 27-year-old has joined the English Championship side on a three-year deal, which will keep him at St Andrew’s until the summer of 2028.
Osayi-Samuel became a free agent after his contract with Turkish giants Fenerbahce expired. The club announced his arrival via their social media platforms, expressing their delight in securing his services.
“Birmingham City is delighted to confirm the signing of Bright Osayi-Samuel, subject to clearance,” the statement read. With his signing, Osayi-Samuel is expected to bring his skills and experience to the team, potentially making a significant impact in the Championship.
