The Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) and TECNO have signed a significant sponsorship agreement, solidifying TECNO’s position as the Official Global Partner of the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Morocco 2025 and TotalEnergies CAF AFCON Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda 2027.
This partnership builds on the success of their previous collaboration during AFCON 2023, where TECNO was the exclusive smartphone sponsor. The agreement was announced in Nairobi, Kenya, by CAF General Secretary Véron Mosengo-Omba and TECNO Vice President Shiming Jiang.
CAF President Dr. Patrice Motsepe expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating that it will contribute to the continued growth and success of AFCON, the biggest sporting event in Africa. “On behalf of CAF and its 54 Member Associations, we would like to thank TECNO for investing in African football.”
