Links have emerged in recent days, suggesting that a move to Liverpool might be possible for Victor Osimhen. The current english champions are still in the market for a striker, having already added an attacking midfielder to their ranks in person of german wonderkid Florian Wirtz, as well as two Fullbacks in Jeremie Frimpong and Milos Kerkez. The current holder of the number 9 shirt for the Reds Darwin Nunez seems to be headed for current italian champions Napoli. Should the move go through, Slot and his boys will be in serious need of a target-man, as they would have only Diogo Jota to fill that position. Other than Osimhen, the Reds are also considering Viktor Gyokeres and Hugo Ekitike. Gyokeres, arguably the most prolific striker in Europe last season and Ekitike, touted as the next Thierry Henry. Now should the Reds decide to pursue Vcitor Osimhen, it could lead to a partnership between him and Mohamed Salah. The Egyptian international is widely recognized as one of the best players in the world and a front line with those two in it would certainly strike fear in the hearts of their opponents. Would you like to see osimhen and salah in the same team? How many goals do you think they’d score together?
